The digital content uploaded by users cannot be in any case the property of the University. Through the use of StudiUM formation continue, the users agrees to have a respectful conduct to others and in particular refrain from any broadcast of relative subject about belonging or non-belonging, true or assumptive, to an ethnic group or a race, to a religion, to convictions, to age, to a handicap, to a sexual orientation and having the purpose or effect of violating dignity or creating a hostile, degrading, humiliating or offensive is equated with discrimination. This also applies to any subject with sexual connotation having the same object or effect.

The site administrators may access your account and its content at any given time. However, this procedure applies only in cases of absolute necessity in order to provide adequate support to StudiUM formation’s users or to ensure compliance with the Terms.

We also gather non personal statistical information of site usage.

Respect for intellectual property

The user agrees to broadcast only content for which he has the necessary rights and permissions. The user must ensure when importing a resource (article, data table, image…) in its StudiUM formation continue course that it is royalty free, under a Creative Commons license, covered by a UdeM license (or a Copibec libraries license) or if he got the appropriate user permissions from the author or other copyright holders (eg. Editor).

Note that it is not necessary to obtain authorization in order to incorporate a clickable hyperlink to an online resource even if it is not free of law.
