1) Access the Staff Member Section

To add a staff member to your internship environment, go to the “Internship Environment Profile” tab.


2) Add a Staff Member

Click on “Add a Staff Member”.


Staff Member Form

The staff member form collects the required information. When filling out the form, you need to assign a system role to the person based on the tasks they will perform in GESFIM. There are 4 roles available:

  • Administrator
  • Staff Member
  • Probationary Member
  • Rejected Member
