h2. REMISE SOUS VIDE DU SYSTÉME
La procédure de remise sous vide du système se fait selon les étapes suivantes:
1. S'assurer que la *VALVE VENT* est fermée.
2. Fermer la *VALVE 2*.
3. Ouvrir la *VALVE 1*.
4. Attendre que la pression descende à 50 mTorr.
5. Fermer *VALVE 1*.
6. Ouvrir la *VALVE 2*.
7. Ouvrir la *VALVE 3*.
8. Laisser le système pomper pendant une vingtaine de minutes.
9. Allumer la jauge de pression à filament. La pression devra commencer à afficher une valeur en deçà de 10^\-4^ Torr.
a. Si la pression est comme indiquée plus haut, laisser pomper le système quelques heures jusqu'à une pression de 5x10^\-6{^}Torr.
b. Si la pression n'a pas atteint les 10-4 Torr, remettre le système à l'air, déplacer la cloche un petit peu est recommencer le cycle de pompage. |
