The goal of our laboratory is to understand how proteins and enzyme function at the molecular level and then to translate this knowledge to specifically inhibit the function of these macromolecules in disease. L'enjeu de notre laboratoire est de comprendre le fonctionnement des protéines et des enzymes au niveau moléculaire et d'appliquer ces informations afin d'inhiber spécifiquement la fonction de ces macromolécules dans des maladies.
