  • Users should not leave their samples in the probe station without reservation, it is his responsibility to judge the necessary time for his experiment and reserve the system accordingly. A sample left in the Probe station prevents other users interested from using the probe station.

  • Transfer chamber between GLOVEBOX-SPINCOATER and GLOVEBOX-EVAP:** Users should avoid using the L shape transfer chamber to transfer small samples (It take 35 minutes to purge this chamber), use the small antechamber located in the GLOVEBOX-SPINCOATER.** Users should leave the door between the GLOVEBOX-EVAP and the transfer chamber open all the time it is the only way to know that the atmosphere in the transfer chamber is clean.** If somebody uses the transfer chamber, he needs to purge after taking out his stuff, and make sure to reopen the door between the GLOVEBOX-EVAP and the transfer chamber.
