To book an instrument you need to must be a registered user. See Registration to If you have not already done so, please complete your registration.

To change your password

• You will receive an email with a temporary password to the email you have provided
  
• Upon receptionreceipt, login in to FACES log in to

  and change your password
  • Click on : false

• Enter the following information below:
  • Group: Microscopie_UdeM
  • Username: Firstname.Lastname
  • Password: the one your received by email
    
    
• Once logged in, click password at the top of the screen
• Type in Enter your new password
• Retype it your new password
• Click GoDone
• It's done!

  • Group: Microscopie_UdeM
  • Username: Firstname.Lastname
  • Password: YourPassword
    
    
• Once logged in, click Choose a Schedule at the top of the screen
• Select the desired instrument from the listdrop down menu
• You can now see the instrument schedulecalendar

To

reserve an instrument

• Click on schedule on the day and desired start time
• Click on the schedule on the day and desired end time
• Select Option: Acquisition
• You can also type in a comment if desired. This comment will be visible by all FACES usersadd a comment (comments are visible to all users)
• Click OK
• Click OK
