To book an instrument you must be a registered user and receive a training. If you have not already done so, please complete your registration.

  • Connect to the website using your usual university ID and password,

Accessing the calendar of an instrument

  • Click on Microscopy booking CI2B (previously added to your favorites)
  • Select optical microscopy in the platforms dropdown menu (1)
  • Filter by microscope using the instruments dropdown menu (2)

  • You can now see the instrument schedule; select the desired time to complete booking.

Booking an instrument

  • On the instrument schedule:
    • Select start and end dates and times
    • Select your lab of affiliation
    • Add a public note for other users to see (e.g. incubation module at 37C, laser turned on 1h before, etc.).

Scheduled times cannot be modified or canceled within one hour before start time.
