To book an instrument you need to must be a registered user. See page Access and Registration to If you have not already done so, please complete your registration.

We use

To change your password

• You will receive an email with a temporary password to the email you have provided.
  
• Upon receptionreceipt, login in to FACES log in to

  and change your password.
  • Click on :

• Enter the following information:
  • Group: Microscopie_UdeM
  • Username: Firstname.Lastname
  • Password: the one your received by email
    
    
• Once logged in, click password at the top of the screen.
• Type in Enter your new password.
• Retype it. your new password
• Click Go.
• DoneIt's done!

• Enter the following information below:
  • Group: Microscopie_UdeM
  • Username: Firstname.Lastname
  • Password: YourPassword
    
    
• Once logged in, click Choose a Schedule at the top of the screen.
• Select the desired instrument from the list.drop down menu
• You can now see the instrument schedule.calendar

To

reserve an instrument

• Click on the desired start time.
• Click on the desired end time.
• Select Option: Acquisition.
• You can also type in an optional comment. This comment will be visible by all FACES users.add a comment (comments are visible to all users)
• Click OK.
• Click OK.
