Access to the instruments may be revoked totally or partially for a specific or indefinite period in the event of repeated non-compliance with the access rules.

To consult an instrument schedule

Click on : Faces Scheduling System Microscopie FacMed UdeM

Download the form New-User_Form.xlsx
Complete the two tabs of
Download the Formulaire_Nouvel-Utilisateur.xlsx form
Fill in the form (User and Billing tabs)
Save the form as under the following nomenclature Formulaire_Firstname_Lastname.xlsx
Send the completed form to nicolasto microscopie@cib.stifani@umontrealumontreal.ca
After registration

: Change your password

You you will receive an email from the FACES reservation system with a temporary password to the email you have provided
Upon reception, login in to FACES and change your password

Password: YourPassword

Once logged in, click Choose a Schedule at the top of the screen

Select the desired instrument from the list

You can see the instrument schedule

To book a reservation

Click on schedule on the day and desired start time
Click on the schedule on the day and desired end time
Select Option: Acquisition
You can also type in a comment if desired. This comment will be visible by all FACES users
Click OK
Click OK

Info
You can only see an instrument's schedule if you have received a training and passed a test. You can't delete a reservation less than 1 hour before the reservation starting time
