To book an instrument you must be a registered user and receive a training. If you have not already done so, please complete your registration.

We use Faces Scheduling System for reservation management of instruments reservation. This system is kindly provided by the Complex Carbohydrate Research Center at the University of GeorgieGeorgia.

To change your password

• You will receive an email with a temporary password
  
• Upon receipt, log in to  CIB CI²B Microscopy Booking and change your password
  • Click on CIB CI²B Microscopy Booking 

• Enter the following information:
  • Group: Microscopie_UdeM
  • Username: Firstname.Lastname
  • Password: the one your received by email
• Once logged in, click password at the top of the screen
• Enter your new password
• Retype your new password
• Click GoIt's done

Done!

To view an instrument's calendar

• Click on : CIB CI²B Microscopy Booking (previously added to your favorites).
• Enter the following information:
  • Group: Microscopie_UdeM
  • Username: Firstname.Lastname
  • Password: YourPassword
    
• Once logged in, click Choose a Schedule at the top of the screen
• Select the desired instrument from the drop down menu
• You can now see the instrument calendar

To reserve an instrument

• Click on the desired start time
• Click on the desired end time
• Select Option: Acquisition
• You can also add a comment (comments are visible to all users)
• Click OK
• Click OK
