Access is reserved for people who satisfy restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criterias criteria:

• People registered as users of the platform
• People who have received
• registered user;
• received a training provided by the microscopy platform manager;
• passed successfully the practical evaluation test;
booked an online reservation
• person in charge of the platform
• People who have successfully passed a practical exam
• People who made an online reservation

Access to the instruments may be revoked totally or partially for a specific or indefinite period in the event of repeated non-compliance with the access rules.

• Download the form  New-User_Form.xlsxform.
• Complete the two tabs of Fill in the form (both User and Billing tabs).
• Save the form as under the following nomenclature Formulaire_Firstname_Lastname.xlsx.
• Send the form to microscopie-Facmed@umontreal.ca.completed form to microscopie@cib.umontreal.ca
• After registration you will receive an email from the FACES reservation system with a temporary password for the Microscopy_UdeM group
