Self-service access is restricted to users who meet all of the following criteria:

• Registered as users of the platform
• Received training provided by the platform manager
• Successfully passed a practical exam
• Made an online reservation
• Commit to acknowledge the platform in any publication resulting from the work carried out

Access to the instruments may be revoked totally or partially for a specific or indefinite period in the event of repeated non-compliance with the access rules.

• Download the form Form_Firstname_Lastname.xlsx
  
• If your lab is a new user of the platform please fill the billing tab as well
• Save the form under the following nomenclature Form_Firstname_Lastname.xlsx
• Send the completed form to microscopie@cib.umontreal.caComplete the Ci²B new user registration form
• After registration you will receive an email from the FACES reservation system with a temporary password for the Microscopy_UdeM group

Users agree to acknowledge and thank the Microscopy Platform of l'Institut Courtois d'innovation biomédicale CI²B, Faculty of Medicine, Université de Montréal, in any scientific publication, article, poster, oral presentation, communication, report, or thesis resulting from work that benefited from the platform’s equipment, services, or technical support.
